Q: I was unable to attend the performance for which I had tickets because of illness/weather/car problems etc. Could I exchange the ticket for another show?
A: We are sorry but all ticket sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds.
If for any reason a show is canceled, ACP reserves the right to give you a voucher to use for another performance or show.
The voucher will be for only the type of show you purchased a ticket for. i.e. Musical, Non-Musical, Coffee House etc.
Q: As a subscriber in the past I was always able to exchange or cancel a reservation without being assessed the ticket on my subscription. I now see that I will be assessed the seat if I should not exchange within 48 hours or cancel within 2 weeks. Why was this change made?
A: Think of your subscription as an actual ticket. Occasionally in the past a subscriber would make a reservation and then not let the box office know of any cancellations. Because all subscriptions were done by punching your card, we would not know if the "ticket" was actually used or not.
This would cause a loss of revenue for ACP.
With the computer system all subscriptions are automatically assessed.
Subscribers do have the option to Cancel or Exchange tickets within our Subscription Policy. This is one of the many benefits of being a Subscriber.
